Forty-Five Manual Pages
A VitePress manual with beginner, intermediate and advanced tutorials, tab autocomplete in the console, and an honest sentence about what 'idTech3 support' means.
The Manual
45+ markdown files: Introduction, Getting Started, Tutorials, Guides, Tools, Deployment, FAQ, Contributing. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced tutorials. A Recipes section. A VitePress site with a custom theme, local search, and the same orange and teal as the HSG site.
MIT License added.
The Sentence That Matters
The messaging was refined to "cross-platform WebGL engine with idTech3 tooling integration", and the docs clarified idTech3 asset loading versus full compatibility.
That is a very specific piece of care to take in a release about documentation. It means somebody looked at the words "Quake 3 support" and decided that was a claim the project could not yet make in good faith, eleven months before anyone would have noticed.
Tab Autocomplete
Common-prefix completion, double-tap to list all matches — terminal style — and cycling as a fallback. Commands normalised to lowercase. Missing command definitions added for pk3, mem, scene, fog, ui, hud, game, con_size and console_debug, plus full subcommand documentation for map and debris.
Housekeeping: duplicate CHANGELOG.md removed, FEATURES.md moved to docs/, VitePress cache gitignored.
Known Issues: none stated.
